Shipping & Returns
You may return any item that is not to your satisfaction within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for shipping the unwanted item back to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week after we receive the item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. However, we can only ship to billing address (the address linked to your credit or debit card) If you are shipping to a different address you must ask for consent before placing your order.
We ship all order through USPS and we only ship via First Class or Priority Mail. We do not offer overnight option or any other carrier such as (fedex or ups). All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment and we provide a tracking number for all orders.
All orders ship free, regardless of the dollar amount and if any order gets lost in transit we will ship a new one free of charge. We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked delivered by USPS.
