Shipping Policies

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and free of charge. Depending on the weight of the order, it will be shipped first class or priority mail service.

From 1g to 300g are shipped by first class mail.
301g and above will be shipped by Priority Mail
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation; however, the vast majority of orders are shipped the same day. We also provide a tracking number with each and every order. Depending on the destination and whether it is first class or priority: shipping time can vary from 2 to 5 days. Over 90% of orders are delivered within 3 days.

LIABILITY

dyemart.net guarantees that all products ordered through the website are of the highest quality and that you will receive the product. If an address error occurs when placing the order, we are not responsible for the loss of the package; however, we will work with our customers to make sure we recover that order if possible and reship it.​

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, the buyer will bear the cost of shipping and returning the product. The maximum period for requesting a return is seven calendar days from receipt of the order.

Before making this return, the buyer must contact us within the period indicated through Jogaolfe@gmail.com, where we will tell you how to proceed with the return. Returns that have not been previously accepted will not be accepted.

The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories and original documentation to accept the return. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return. dyemart.net will not refund or reship any merchandise until it has verified the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the returned or exchanged item.

The amount refunded will be the cost initially stated on the order, and the refund will be made according to the method of payment used by the purchaser.

DEFECTIVE ORIGINAL PRODUCT

When dyemart.net receives a defective product, it will send you another one. The exchange will be made for the same item in this situation. You will only be charged for the first shipment, and dyemart.net will pay for the return and reshipment. If you wish to exchange it for another item, please let us know.
